With each Ship-Out we will:

  • Pack up and skid and/or shrink-wrap your cases if necessary.

  • Label all pieces.

  • Create a bill of lading.

  • Provide set-up directions and return labels in your case.

  • Notify the shipping company for pick up.

  • Load the exhibit at our loading dock.

Tracking number(s) will be provided to you for each shipment. You may provide us with your preferred shipper and account number or we can arrange shipping services.

Upon return of your display from each show we will:

  • Inspect the overall condition of the cases.

  • If there are any noticeable dents or damage, we will inspect the contents and report any findings directly to you as well as filing any claims with the shipping carrier if necessary.

  • At your request, Edgeworks will, at any time, set up and inspect your booth for a full evaluation. We will provide a quote for this service based upon the size and complexity of your booth.
