Our Storage Plus Service

We provide climate controlled and secure storage for your company’s exhibit and accessories.

We will provide you with a Customized Ship-Out Form to fill in and fax to us letting us know where, when and which components of your booth you want us to ship.

With each Ship-Out we will:

• Pack up and skid and/or shrink wrap your cases if necessary.
• Label all pieces.
• Create a bill of lading.
• Provide set-up directions and return labels in your case.
• Notify the shipping company for pick up.
• Load the exhibit at our loading dock.

Tracking number(s) will be provided to you for each shipment. You may provide us with your preferred shipper and account number or we can arrange shipping services.

Upon returning from each of your Shows:

Upon return of your exhibit to the Edgeworks warehouse, we will inspect the overall condition of the cases.  If there are any noticeable dents or damage, we will inspect the contents and report any findings directly to you as well as filing any necessary claims with the shipping carrier.

At your request, Edgeworks will, at any time, set up and inspect your booth for a full evaluation. We will provide a quote for this service based upon the size and complexity of your booth.
